You Are Not Alone

Anti Human Trafficking Program

The Anti-Human Trafficking Program  has been made possible through funding received from: Women and Gender Equality Canada – Provincial Government

This program includes wrap-around services to survivors of sex trafficking.

All services are provided within a feminist, trauma-informed approach.  We will meet women where they are at physically, emotionally and mentally and support them to move to a place of safety and beyond.

  • Access to emergency shelter & health services, as needed
  • Access to basic necessities such as food, clothing, hygiene products
  • Connection to legal/justice/government services & other community supports
  • Accompaniment to appointments for support and advocacy
  • Support with obtaining ID and its safe storage
  • Healthy relationship information
  • Goal setting and supports in achieving them

Anti-Human Trafficking Shelter Support

Supporting women as they navigate leaving the game and living in a safe environment:

  • Personalized in-shelter support to assist women adapting to living in a shelter environment
  • Building resiliency against returning to Human Trafficking through collaborative counselling and support
  • Connection & accompaniment to health/legal/housing & any other appointments
  • Life skills enhancement, as needed
